Eileen Drake was named Vice President, Operations, in May 2009. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership to UTC’s manufacturing and quality disciplines while leading the core supply management functions including logistics, procurement, and supplier development.

Eileen joined UTC in 2003 and has held positions of increasing responsibility at Pratt & Whitney and Carrier, most recently as Carrier’s Vice President, Quality, ACE and Environment Health and Safety.

Prior to joining UTC, she worked at both the Ford Motor Company and Visteon Corporation and held positions to include Ford’s Product Line Manager for steering systems and Plant Manager of Visteon’s fuel system operation.

Eileen is a distinguished military graduate of the U.S. Army Aviation Officer School and subsequently served on active duty as a U.S. Army aviator with her final assignment as Airfield Commander of Davidson Army Airfield in Virginia.
